Welcome to Iowa County's Scenic Lower Wisconsin River

• The Lower Wisconsin Riverway is a protected scenic waterway open to many outstanding activities. Come to beautiful Iowa County to access our river through the Arena and Avoca areas.

• The Riverway extends 92.3 miles from below the dam at Prairie du Sac to the confluence with the Mississippi River near Prairie du Chien and includes almost 80,000 acres of protected lands.
