The Grand Opening for The Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen is Sunday, July 11, 2010!

Custom food processing by Innovation Kitchen will utilize the facility from 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.

The Innovation Kitchen will be available on an hourly rental basis during available hours. New and existing food businesses, with appropriate certifications, can process their own recipes for commercial sale in our state-inspected kitchen.
